Does SFS Technologies sell computer hardware?

Yes. We source servers, workstations, laptops, networking equipment, and printers through our authorized partner relationships with Dell, HP, HP Enterprise, Cisco, Lenovo, and MSI, then handle configuration, deployment, and warranty coordination as part of your IT environment rather than as a one-off sale.

What hardware brands do you source?

We are authorized partners with Dell, HP, HP Enterprise, Cisco, Lenovo, and MSI, and also source Samsung, Asus, and Motorola Solutions devices. If a specific model or vendor is not listed here, ask us. We can usually source it through our existing distribution relationships.

How is hardware priced?

Physical equipment such as servers, switches, workstations, and peripherals is procured at cost plus a handling fee, billed separately from your managed services agreement. You see the vendor cost and the fee, not a marked-up bundle.

Do you handle warranty claims and hardware replacement?

Yes. As your authorized vendor contact, we manage warranty registration, replacement logistics, and manufacturer support cases on your behalf, so your team is not the one on hold with a vendor helpdesk when a part fails.

Can you source hardware for a business outside Metro Vancouver?

Yes. Sourcing and procurement coordination is available to businesses anywhere in BC. On-site delivery, installation, and physical setup are concentrated in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, the same area covered by our on-site infrastructure support.

Do you sell printers and multifunction devices as well as computers?

Yes. We source and support business printers and multifunction devices, including current rebate programs on select Xerox models. Ask us about active offers when you are planning a print fleet refresh.
